Return Policy
CCA Research Laboratories, Inc., follows strict safety standards in compliance with the appropriate
U.S. and European regulatory agencies and manufacturing guidelines. At the time of shipment from our
facility, CCA Research Laboratories, Inc., guarantees the quality, efficacy, all inspections and
approvals by appropriate regulatory agencies, and safety of our products.
All returns must be accompanied by an RA (return autorization) number. No returns will be honored
or accepted without one.
Returns must include all parts, packaging, accessories, instructional information, etc. Consumer is
responsible for shipping, freight & insurance charges for any and all returns. Retail purchases directly
from CCA Research Laboratories, Inc., have a 30 day, unconditional, money back guarantee, less
shipping, freight & insurance charges.
The CytoBody® Therapeutic Massager carries a 1 (one) year warranty from the original date of purchase.
Please note: this covers proper use of the device and is limited to electrical parts & electrical functions. It does not cover mis-use or mis-handling such as dropping the product, sub-merging it in water or any type of liquid form or using it for purposes other than instructed in the user manual. Please notify us immediately if you have difficulty operating the device. Any attempt to repair or tamper with the device may result in possible injuries and voids and invalidates the warranty.
In the event the unit is, or becomes defective or in-operable:
please contact CCA Research Laboratories, Inc. immediately.
Do not attempt to fix the unit yourself. Any tampering will void the warranty. Upon verification of
'damage under warranty', a replacement unit will be sent out immediately. Replacement units will
not incur a new warranty, but carry out the remainder of the original warranty.
